REVERSE LOOKUP FAQS
Q: Where does AnyWho get the directory information?
A: All of the business white page listings are public information obtained from local telephone records for published telephone listings.
Non-Published directory assistance records are not provided and are not displayed.
None of the listings contained in the white pages are obtained from AT&T billing records.
Q: How often is the database updated?
A: The listings in the database can range from three months to six months old and are updated every three months.
Q: Can I add or update my listing?
A: Not directly through AnyWho. AnyWho uses directory information that comes from the local telephone companies, and currently does not allow adding additional information.
You MUST make change requests at the source, which would be your local company, and the changes will then cascade into downstream systems, including AnyWho.
Q: Is there a way to include my Fax, Email, Web Site, etc… with my listing?
A: At this time AnyWho does not allow adding additional information to a business white page listing.
Q: We have a non-published listing. Why does our information show up in AnyWho?
A: It's possible that your local telephone company has made an error and listed your number. Please check with your local telephone company and verify that your number has been provisioned as a non-published number. Another possibility is that you recently purchased a non-published number and your number will be removed from our database on the next scheduled update.
Q: Can we remove our listing from AnyWho?
A: Please contact your local phone company for removal of your business white page listing.
